Single Origin Pure Cacao

I love this chocolate - because it is SO dark, it slows you down when you are eating. Nothing else tastes as luxurious. I got some raw cacao (ceremonial grade?) from another company, but although it is similar, it just isn't the same. This is the best. I also appreciate the packaging being minimal and recyclable.

I really love the taste and texture of this chocolate. It gives me the treat I need while still avoiding sugar, so this is perfect.

I love 100% chocolate and this is by far the best I've tried (and I've tried many, incl. much more expensive ones).

I have been buying Cox&Co. 100% cacao bars for two years. I can only compare Cox&Co. with two other high quality 100% cacao brands, with which I'm familiar. Despite its higher price, I'm drawn back to the Cox&Co., largely due to its superior taste.
As with all the best food and drink, there is variability between batches. This may be more obvious in the 100% cacao options than those with lesser percentages. Sometimes the flavour is fairly simply 100% cacao, which is great - not too bitter, certainly not bland. The occasional batch is even better, however, with complex, almost fruity, flavours. This is not a criticism. Just don't be disappointed if your Sharing Shards taste better than your (more expensive) bars!
The recycled/ recyclable packaging, quality delivery and excellent customer service from Cox&Co. have always matched up to the quality of the product. If the current price and level of sustainability can be retained, I hope to keep buying this brand. I feel there's no need for Cox&Co. to seek Organic status, if this would result in higher prices.
In conclusion, a fantastic product.
