(1) DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipment processing time - All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

All Standard orders are estimated to be delivered between 2-4 days.
All express orders are estimated to be delivered between 1-3 days.

 

(2) RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Package from - £4.95
Express Shipping from - £5.95
Free Delivery on orders over £30

 

(3) CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Cox&Co Cacao is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

(4) DAMAGES

Cox&Co Cacao is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

(5) RETURNS POLICY

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

 

(6) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship outside the UK.
