Our bee pollen and honey bar is made using 61% single origin Colombian cacao blended with honey flavour and a sprinkling of bee pollen for a rich dark chocolate hit with just the right level of sweetness. We are proud to have been awarded a Great Taste Award in 2019 for this recipe.

2 x 47% Miso & Caramel 25g

Our newest bar is the 47% Dark Chocolate. Smooth and dark with the perfect snap, it is fantastic in baking or simply enjoyed as a treat! Made using 47% single origin Colombian cacao. Flavoured with white miso powder and natural caramel flavour, this rich chocolate bar delivers a unique and delicious balance of saltiness and sweetness.

2 x 60% Mint Crunch 25g

Our mint crunch bar is made using 60% single origin Colombian cacao blended with raw cacao nibs and English peppermint oil for a rich mint chocolate hit with a delicious crunch. We are proud to have been awarded a Great Taste Award in 2022 for this recipe.

Ingredients:

Bee Pollen & Honey Ingredients: Trapiche Colombian dark chocolate (98%)(cocoa mass, panela powder [dehydrated sugar cane juice], cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin; vanilla extract), bee pollen granules, natural honey flavour.

Miso & Caramel Ingredients: Colombian Couverture Dark Chocolate (99%) (cocoa mass, sugar, dried gluten-free oat powder, cocoa butter, dried rice powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract), miso powder (soybean, rice, salt, vitamin B2), natural flavour.

Mint Crunch Ingredients: Macondo Colombian Dark Chocolate (94%) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin; vanilla extract), Colombian roasted cacao nibs, English Peppermint Oil.

Produced in a factory that also handles milk, soya, nuts, eggs, peanuts and wheat.

So much packaging!

These six tiny bars came in a large box with over a meter of bubble wrap.
The bar wrap might be recyclable paper, but the packing materials negate the saved plastics used .

thank you for the 5 Star review for despite your concern over the secondary packaging used.

As a company, we take great care to reduce our plastic usage and ensure that all of our inbound packaging materials are recycled or reused. We understand your concern and wanted to clarify that the plastic bubble wrap used in your shipment was recycled and reused from a previous delivery to us. We do not purchase new plastic packaging materials and use what we have on hand to minimize our impact on the environment.

We appreciate your feedback and thank you for bringing this to our attention so we could clarify the situation. Going forward should the need arise we will make this clear in any deliveries we make.
