Bee pollen and Honey is made using 60% single origin Colombian cacao blended with honey flavour and a sprinkling of bee pollen for a rich dark chocolate hit with just the right level of sweetness. We are proud to have been awarded a Great Taste Award in 2019 for this recipe.
Ingredients: (98%) Trapiche Colombian dark chocolate (cocoa solids 61% minimum) (cocoa mass, panela powder [dehydrated sugar cane juice], cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, vanilla extract), (1%) bee pollen granules, (>1%) natural honey flavour.
